Can I search a product by “Shop By Category” to save time? Yes, the SHOP By Category is located on our home page at the top of the product pages [using a laptop or IPad device] as well with a drop down menu. Use the search option to search for a specific product.
- How do I find the MENU on the Homepage with my cell phone device? To the left, at the top, you will see three lines - Click and the Menu will appear: Home/ Our Story/ Shop By Category/ Contact/ FAQ.
- Why are some products in the same category priced higher than other products? The prices are based by the sizes [Small/ Medium/ Large/ 1XL/ 2XL/ 3XL/ 4XL/ 5xL] of a product. Under our blankets category, there are two types/textures of Blankets: the Sherpa Fleece and Velveteen Plush. The totes comes in three sizes: small and medium and large. The Blankets comes in three sizes but only one size is listed for now. More larger sizes in the future. The designer coaster are made to match the motivational mugs.
- What if I have a question about a product? Bella B901 Store has a chat 💬 now feather [Soon To Come] to get answers to your questions. Someone will return an answer within 24 hours depending on your geographical location. We will continue to add these FAQ on our FAQ page for our future customers to reference.

What payment method does Bella Beauty Products accept? We accept all payments methods listed on our Homepage. Major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, are acceptable as well.

Will I be charged for shipping? All orders over $50.00 will get free shipping. All order below $50.00 on purchased products will be charged for shipping. For Example: If your balance due is $49.99 before taxes, then you will be charged for your shipping.
- The shipping cost is calculated at the end of your order. The shipping charged depends on the number of items and the dimensions and weight of an item. Our print supplier will ship the product to the customer. The customer will be notified of the tracking number by the email used at the time of purchase.
- Will you be accepting International orders? We are working on our shipping agreement for international orders. In the future, yes we will be accepting International orders.
- What is Shop Pay? Shop Pay in partnership with Affirm. Shop Pay is a way for you to split your payments into four interest-free installments at checkout. It’s our Easy Pay option to assist the customer, if needed. You pay every two weeks until your balance is zero. Shop Pay has a minimum amount of $50.00 on purchase products to use their services. You will complete the required information for your four interest-free installments towards the end of your checkout procedure.
- What happens if I can’t pay my Shop Pay payments? You contact Shop Pay and work accordingly to their guidelines.
- What is Amazon Pay? Amazon Pay is a service that lets you use the payment methods already associated with your Amazon account to make payments for goods, services, and donations on third-party websites, and in apps.

Is Amazon Pay and Amazon Prime the same thing? Amazon Pay and Amazon Prime both offer incredible benefits for shoppers with Amazon accounts, but they are fundamentally different services. - The Print Supply Images: The way the print supplier, who will be creating the images on the product, is set up: If you view a larger image on a large shirt, then that same image on the medium shirt will be a bit smaller and the same for the small shirt as well. This is their normal way of printing products.

Where can I find the terms of service, privacy policy, return policy, and shipping policy? These policies can be located at the Footer Menu or at the bottom of the Homepage.

How long will my shipment take to deliver? The shipping of a product usually takes 5-8 business days, but could take longer depending on the print supplier [occasionally up to 21 days] for any major delays, of course it depends on your geographical location within USA or outside of the USA.

Will the customer receive a tracking number? Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer with the email address provided during checkout.
- What happens if my product is damaged in the mail? You should email: teachmebella@gmail.com and take two photos of the damaged product, as proof. The Bella B901 Store will send you a return label so you can return the damaged product. You will be given a return address to send the product back within the email sent by teachmebella@gmail, and a return label will be mailed to the customer. In 5-10 business days of receiving the damaged product back from the customer, Bella B901 store will issue you a refund onto the card of payment at the time of purchase or give you a store credit. These options [charge back on credit/debit card or store credit] will be at the customer’s discretion. Remember, you have 30 days to return the damaged product to receive your refund!
- Will there be discounts and giveaways given by Bella Beauty Products? Yes, there will be randomly giveaways and discounts. Be sure to look under the Discounts & Giveaways tab on our Menu Homepage.
